Disability In Informal Settlements
Global Disability Innovation Hub (GDI Hub) is leading a £20m global programme called AT2030 - Life Changing Assistive Technology for All.
Its aim is to reach 9 million people directly and 6 million people indirectly, testing new approaches and backing ‘what works’ to get Assistive Technology to those who need it.
The aim of the photography is to document the daily lives of people living with disabilities in informal settlements and understand requirements at a grass roots level.
Shown here are some of the photographs and portraits taken on location in Banjarmasin, Indonesia and Freetown, Sierra Leone
